How to Replace a Rusty Battery Tray (+ more)

Today I’ll show how to remove a rusted battery tray, by cutting out the old rust under it, creating a cardboard template and building a metal patch panel to fill the hole, then prepping and welding in the new battery tray. I also take care of additional rust on the firewall and weld up some holes. Next time I will weld on the inner fender and radiator support.
