I previously removed the damaged rusty front support and driver inner fender by drilling out many spot welds. Then I replaced the rusty battery tray and repaired some damaged metal on the cab due to drilling out the old spot welds. Now I will show how to weld on the new inner fender and front radiator support using the existing holes from the factory spot welds as plug welds. It’s very important that everything is properly aligned and squared up, which I show how to do in this video. Because this truck had some minor front end damage, getting the replacement parts to fit and line up properly took some extra effort.
